CH Distillery will feature a guest bartender every second Tuesday of the month. For one night only, the guest bartender will come in and create two cocktails behind the bar: one using only CH spirits and one wildcard with unlimited ingredients. The series will kick off with The Aviary's James Beard award-winning beverage director Charles Joly, who was also named "Best American Bartender" at Tales of the Cocktail in 2013. Chef Martial Noguier's chic Gold Coast bistro will offer a seductive three-course Valentine's Day prix fixe dinner menu on Friday, February 14th through Sunday, February 16th, 2014 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. nightly. Please note that only the Valentine's Day Menu will be available during dinner service on February 14th. However, the à la carte dinner menu will be available, in addition to the Valentine's Day Menu, on February 15th and 16th, 2014.
Located at 840 N. CH Distillery (564 West Randolph Street) will feature three Valentine's Day promotions, offering a different experience for each part of the evening:

The prix fixe menu is $59.95 per person before 5:30 p.m., and $74.95 per person after 5:30 p.m. both nights (tax and gratuity not included).
