Join Executive Chef Chris Macchia as he shares his insider tricks and tips to making the perfect pie at the restaurant's first pizza class. Michael Jordan’s 50th birthday this February, Michael Jordan’s Steak House (with locations in Chicago, New York and at the Mohegan Sun casino in Uncasville, CT) is pulling out all the stops. Each restaurant will offer a five-course Terlato wine dinner February 17 that will take guests on a journey of the basketball legend’s life and career through the past five decades. The special menu (available for $125, exclusive of tax and gratuity) was created in collaboration with the culinary teams at all three steak houses and features personal favorites from Jordan’s wine cellar. Additionally, for those who can’t make the wine dinner, but still want in on celebrating Michael Jordan’s 50th birthday, all three restaurants are offering a slice of celebratory chocolate cake to each table who dines on Jordan’s birthday, Sunday, February 17.
Bistronomic will celebrate the French tradition of La Chandeleur, also known as crêpes day, on Saturday, February 2 by offering a special menu, featuring signature, seasonal, homemade crêpes. Often associated with the Catholic holiday of Candlemas and pagan traditions, some say Chandeleur celebrates the return of sunny days (crêpes symbolize the sun), while others say that making crêpes using flour left over from the harvest ensures prosperity in the coming year.
Bistronomic will offer a three-course prix fixe La Chandeleur menu for $28. A two-course lunch menu will also be offered for $20 with the main course and a choice of soup or dessert. Prices are exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and available at 312) 944-8400.
Fans who choose Chipotle for their big game party will receive free food. To do so, they must simply purchase six or more “Burritos by the Box” on Super Bowl Sunday (Feb. 3) and Chipotle will give them a free burrito, bowl, salad or order of tacos when the receipt from their order is brought back to any Chipotle by Feb. 28, 2013.
Hash House will serve brunch from 7:30 to 5 p.m. followed by dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. on Super Bowl Sunday. The specials will be offered all day…

The Fifty/50 will show the Super Bowl on all its flatscreens with sound. The Fifty/50 recently added eight new large flatscreens to its three-level spot and replaced and upgraded many of its existing flatscreens. The “best dressed” Ravens fan and the “best dressed” 49ers fan will each receive a $50 gift certificate to The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group (good at The Fifty/50, Roots Handmade Pizza, West Town Bakery & Diner, and Homestead) and a VIP party at The Fifty/50 for themselves and up to 10 of their friends at a later date.
Step inside of Untitled on Fat Tuesday, Tuesday, February 12 from 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., to experience the centuries-old celebration from costumed servers to the parading guests, traditional New Orleans fare and a surfeit of purple, gold and green.
Throughout the evening, the Lowdown Brass Band will take their horns off the stage and to the floor, leading guests in a New Orleans-style second line parade. Festive party favors will be provided and servers will be covered in beautiful Venetian masks and vibrant colored beads.
