It's hard to imagine the opening of Graham Elliot was three years ago this weekend. My life was very different and lord knows we had some "fun" with those first few days. Our quiet open on a Saturday, we had received approval at about 6pm the night before. We went BYOB for that opening weekend since we couldn't get any deliveries. There were a few other surprises and LOTS of diners. FUN!
