Eating Allergy Free at Lollapalooza

Lollapalooza is just around the corner. For those of you lucky enough to attend but unlucky with food allergies I suggest you plan ahead. I recently contacted Carol Ann Dennison, Lollapalooza's Access Program Coordinator, and she had this to say, "My best advice to our patrons is to just ask a vendor during the festival before they place an order for food, much like you'd do at a restaurant. If patrons would prefer to bring in food due to a medical condition, please advise them to bring a doctor's note so that they can present it to security, if asked, because patrons are not allowed to bring in their own food. Also this year is a Farmer's market, which features fresh, healthy food and drink so I would suggest patrons visiting that area of the festival as well."
