Allergy Free Snacks for Athletes and Sports Fans

Perhaps you are a weekend warrior or simply an avid world cup fan. If you have food allergies you need to be especially careful if you are attending sporting events. Always check the venue's outside food policy. Some venues will bend the rules for those with medical needs and especially for the needs of children. If you or your children have a peanut allergy check for loose shells before committing to a seat. Also wipe down the seat with lanolin wipes and consider sitting on a blanket. Always bring your medication (such as an Epi-pen) just in case. Here are a few snacks to enjoy at the game regardless if you are cheering or being cheered on:
