Casting Call for MIASMA: A Terror Experience

Miasma: a terror experience is an adult-only, interactive, extreme, immersive experience exploring darker psychological themes than the average person is used to having during haunt season. Their goal is to perform a truly terrifying moment for each person on a unique case-by-case basis.

They're currently casting for their upcoming show in Chicago this September (official dates TBA) and will be holding auditions on June 2nd, 2018, between 1pm and 5pm. All types of actors and scare actors are welcome to audition as long as they are age 18 or older.


  • Females and males, 18+, any ethnic background, all character types.
  • Acting and improv experience a plus.
  • Comfortable with physical contact with audience members.
  • Ability to handle unexpected reactions from the audience in a safe and professional manner.
  • Must be comfortable with intense horror content and be open to the possibility of nudity (not a requirement).
  • Trustworthy, timely, team-oriented, safety-minded.
  • Passionate about building immersive experiences in Chicago.
