Chicago Horror Events this Weekend

GHOST STORIES - (March 23rd at 8pm) UK horror anthology premieres Friday night. Three tales connected by a wraparound story revolve around a skeptical professor who is tasked with investigating some cases that have been difficult to debunk. Starring Martin Freeman, Andy Nyman, and creature actor Paul Warren (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Guardians of the Galaxy). (Also screens on Thursday, March 29th at 8:30pm.) PAN'S LABYRINTH - (March 23rd-26th at 11:10pm) A cinematic masterpiece by Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro. Logan Theatre, 2646 N. Milwaukee, Chicago, IL 60647.

THE LAST PROSECCO - (March 24th at 8pm) Murder mystery/noir about motives behind the Count's mysterious suicide and the very competitive Prosecco business in Italy. A love letter to fine wine.
