One Weekend Only: Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary Art Show

If you must cross the streams to attend the Ghostbusters 30th Anniversary Art Show, by all means, proceed. This weekend (June 20th-22nd) is the only chance anyone in the Midwest will get to see the Ghostbusters-themed traveling art show presented by Gallery 1988.

The commemorative print collection (shown at Rotofugi Gallery) displays works by contemporary, lowbrow, pop, and illustrative artists. Limited edition apparel, prints, and original artwork will also be available at the exhibit. These items are very, very limited, so be sure to come on Friday in case the pieces you desire sell out over the weekend.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. Opens Friday, June 20th from 7pm-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 11am-7pm. One weekend only! The show will then travel to San Diego for Comic-Con. Located at Rotofugi Gallery, 2780 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL 60614. Follow @galleries1988 on Twitter for information on new releases. For a full list of participating artists, please visit

Reminder: Ghostbusters also screens in the parks this week! Wednesday, June 18th through August 5th. Information HERE.
