The Manson Family Kicks Off “Night Scares” Series at Logan Theatre
The Manson Family

A new midnight film series showcasing grindhouse and exploitation films titled “Night Scares” is coming to the Logan Theatre, starting with Jim VanBebber's The Manson Family. These films are quite a treat to see on the big screen – especially at midnight! The newly renovated Logan Theatre has a really cool lounge (with tons of unique classic posters on the walls – some horror!) with a nice bar and all the amenities you'd want.

Severin Films is bringing The Manson Family to theaters in connection with a Blu-ray release coming May 7th. Included in the screening is the World Premiere of VanBebber's short film, Gator Green. The Manson Family took a decade to film due to financial struggle and being a very hands-on project, as director Jim VanBebber wrote, directed, and even starred in it! He's kept the dream alive in getting this film finished and it's being re-released on its tenth anniversary. Come to the Logan and experience the gore-soaked, raw exploitation madness in all its glory!

Chicago promoter Marc Heller of Galactic Force is bringing the NIGHT SCARES film series to the Logan, which has a great lineup so far! Doors open at 11pm and films begin at midnight. Tickets are $10 unless otherwise noted.
