7. Les Hunter - Loyola: Hunter - a 6'7" forward - is one of two players in Loyola history to score 1,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds. (The other being LaRue Martin.) Hunter scored 1,472 career points and grabbed 1,017 rebounds during his career.
Hunter was nicknamed Leslie "Big Game" Hunter. He showed his big game savvy when he teamed up with Jerry Harkness as part of Loyola's 1963 NCAA Tournament Championship squad. Hunter led the Ramblers with 16 points in the victory over Cincinnati.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee and played seven seasons of professional basketball, including one in the NBA and six in the American Basketball Association. He was a two-time ABA All-Star.
