Chicago Bulls deliver a welcome home win against the Heat

Chicago Bulls deliver a welcome home win against the Heat
It's no fun returning from sunny Cancun to a yard that still has no visible grass, but Joakim Noah, Jimmy Butler, and D.J. Augustin sure did their best to keep the festivities rolling for me as the Bulls beat the Heat this Sunday...

Bulls comeback falls short to Knicks

Bulls comeback falls short to Knicks
The Knicks are probably happy with any win they can get these days. Maybe when they get Tyson Chandler back things will improve some for them, though I don't know how Tyson Chandler helps an offense that scored a mere 83 points on a Chicago defense missing its two best perimeter defenders...

Bulls still second in a tougher Eastern Conference

There's been a lot of talk about how much tougher the East is and where the Bulls will sit in it. I think only a complete homer puts Chicago ahead of Miami, but after that it's fairly close. I'm taking Chicago over Brooklyn, Indiana, and New York though...

Joakim Noah set a career high in both points (30) and rebounds (23) to lead the Bulls to victory over the Pistons. Noah also had six assists, two blocks, and two steals while doing a nice job defensively against Greg Monroe...

Balance of power in the East

The Bulls have finished with the best record in the NBA over the past two seasons, but no one expects that to happen again due to Derrick Rose's injury and the potential weakening of the supporting cast. However, the end record is less relevant than how well is capable of playing come playoff time. Where does this healthy Bulls team stack up in the East...

Will the Knicks and 76ers have a tank battle over Chicago?

With Miami's loss to Boston, the Bulls are locked into the #1 seed in the East. The 76ers already announced they'll rest Iguodala, Brand, and Williams in the final two games prior to the playoffs. Who could say they're tanking? Players typically go out there and try to win games, and coaches tank games by just not putting the best players on the floor. Or so goes the theory...
