  • Some good points on Rip, Doug. How is he ever supposed to develop a rapport with his teammates by only playing 20 minutes a game with only 9 games left. Rip was a bust signing. The Bulls still need a shooting guard after two years. If they don't win a championship this season, a stud shooting guard should be the number one priority during the offseason. I'm not banking on old man Rip.

Chandler destroyed the Bulls. Without those two key offensive rebounds, Melo never would have had that three-point try and the Bulls would have won. It's hard to blame Noah for it, because he was all over the perimeter guarding 2-4.

  • I had flashbacks to the final possession of the final game of the ECF when Korver got the ball on the final possession and barely threw it off to Rose with a few seconds left. He did the same thing in the ECF and DRose ended up with a contested three that got partially blocked. What happened to the playmaker Korver from March and early April? It's a load of bull that the Bulls don't play any differently with Rose out of the lineup.

  • In reply to Hunter:

If you are a shooter and you are open, shoot the dogone ball! That's what you were hired for. This could be called common sense, or better yet game sense. Come on guys! Lucas will put it up, why not Korver?

4 missed FTs in a row by Deng and Rose? Statistically, less than 1 chance in 100 of that happening. But the Bulls also won a game they should have lost when their opponents clanked 3 of 4 in the last minute or so. Garbage happens.

Up 10 points with 5 minutes left? How many of those games did the Bulls drop during the championship years? Very few - they had the killer instinct. Or at least MJ did. Still, it was a nice comeback. The Garden crowd sure got their money's worth.

Too soon to judge the Hamilton signing - we need to see what he does the rest of the way, especially the playoffs. But obviously he should have been signed for 1 year, not 3.
