  • Just finished listened to your podcast good stuff Doug.

I want to say something, when I wake up today for some reason I am more optimism then ever that the league will get the deal done, and to save the entire season. I am more optimism then I was this past Tuesday I just don't know I do not have any inside source that kind of stuff but today I am more optismism they will get it done, and we will have the entire season.

Next thing is if the reports are true that they are close or on a agreement regarding the money issue is obvious huge. If they are close or agree with the money, if they can figure out the next issue especially one major issue regarding the structure(soft cap vs flex cap/hard cap, or some other system.) then the process can move very quickly, and can reach a deal.

I am also hoping they'll have a meeting this week maybe we may heard something tomorrow or Tuesday maybe Wednesday.

  • Hey Doug, what do you think of Nicolas Batum, do you think we can/should get him from Portland? I was watching him with France and he is solid in everything we need, scoring, ball handling, perimeter defender, young.
