The Bulls are looking to snap a ten-game losing streak, after losing last night at the United Center to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Point guard Kirk Hinrich struggled from the floor, as he connected on just five shots in 18 attempts. The Bulls were led by Taj Gibson's 20 points and 13 rebounds, while James Johnson added 16 and eight.
Tonight, the Bulls are in Philadelphia where they'll face Andre Iguodala and the 76'ers. All-Star point guard Derrick Rose could return for tonight's game, as could center Joakim Noah. Both are game time decisions for head coach Vinny Del Negro.
Sixth-year forward Luol Deng might miss the rest of the season with a strained calf. Deng was enjoying a solid bounce-back year, but could fail to play 70 games in a season for the third year in a row. Over the course of the season, the 24-year old averaged 18.0 points and 7.3 rebounds.
While Joakim Noah is a game-time decision, he has come out and said he will play tonight. Del Negro has stated that Noah will be given very few minutes, should he come back.
Acie Law played just over 10 minutes last night, and still managed to collect six points and two assists. Law had averaged 20 points over the last two, going into the Cavaliers game. Meanwhile Jannero Pargo also had 6 points, but in 26 minutes and on 3-of-9 shooting.
Brad Miller struggled from the floor, hitting just one shot in seven tries in 31 minutes. The Bulls need Miller to be a factor offensively, if they wish to break their slump. The Bulls commited 26 fouls, and shot just 39.3% from the field for the game.

anyone read the yahoo story where players and GMs were weighing in on which prospect they liked best between Wall and Turner? One anonymous GM said, "
Given that Wall has not reached the level of play Rose is currently at, such a statement seems ridiculous. Not to say I don't think Wall is going to be good, but to assume the worst Wall can do is Derrick Rose is incorrect.
Most of these GMs are talking nonsense. Look at their records.. So many of them passed on Brandon Roy and Minnesota traded Roy to Portland. This example shows they miss a lot than making hits. BTW, Most of these guys would have taken Beasley instead of Rose thinking about him having a higher ceiling like a Garnett. So let's leave it at that..

FTW
FINALLY!!!
It's about time Rose and Deng showed a little TOUGHNESS and got back on the court. I'm happy they won today, but CLEARLY based on what I saw today, both those guys could have played last night.
Them not playing vs. the Cavs cost the Bulls a win-able game.
Also, Pargo needs to be bumped from the roation in favor of Law. Pargo will be gone next year, while Law has a chance to stick long-term, if given the chance. VDN just doesn't know how to manage a game or handle a rotation.
I can't wait until the day VDN is FIRED!!!
You mean Rose and Noah, Deng didnt play dude and probably wont for the rest of the season.
Great to Rose go for a career high 4 3s. Noah looked good in a very limited role. Kirk finally finally had a good offensive game. Rose just makes this team role, with him on the court I never feel we are underdogs.

Oh and I never felt like this since Jordan left. With Rose I feel we always have a good shot at winning.
