Is Senator-elect Josh Hawley a lying hypocrite and a crappy Christian?

I can't help thinking that Senator-elect Josh Hawley (R-MO) is a lying hypocrite and a crappy Christian.

Running to unseat Senator Claire McCaskill in the 2018 midterm elections, Hawley professed his support for the coverage of preexisting conditions, going so far as to tell his own sad story of a chronically ill child.

You can read about it and hear Hawley's own words by clicking HERE.

The problem with Hawley's campaign promise is that he was already a plaintiff in a suit in Texas AGAINST the Affordable Care Act.   As Attorney General of Missouri, Josh Hawley joined 19 other Republican AGs in a suit to OBLITERATE Obamacare.

Hawley wasn't the only Republican hypocritically pledging to defend preexisting conditions if elected or re-elected.  He isn't even the first Republican to base a campaign on a lie.  Besides Donald Trump, Rick Scott (R-FL) and Scott Walker (R-WI) come to mind, as well.

"Christians" can always find their way into the Old Testament to unleash some sort of abomination, but can't seem to grasp any of the kindness or love in the New Testament, the basis of their religion.

Jesus talked about feeding the hungry, healing the sick, sheltering the homeless.  How do you get depriving your brothers and sisters of health care out of that?

In the King James Bible, Matthew 22, verse 39 it says, "Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." Somehow, Josh Hawley interprets that to mean, "Screw the poor."
