Here are the game predictions for Week-15, Packers at Bears, from the crew here at Chicago Bears Huddle:
Adam Oestmann (9-4) 69%
Packers 34, Bears 27 Last week my gut told me the Vikings would win, and the fan in me wanted to punch myself in the stomach and tell it to shut up. That’s what I did, and I was wrong. This time, I’m going with instinct.
Darren Doxey (8-5) 62%
Packers 28, Bears 13 The Packers will put the final nail in Lovie Smith’s coffin.
Blake Van Poucke (7-3) 70%
Packers 21, Bears 17 The Bears are beat up and will likely have to play their best game of the season. If Chicago can cause a couple of turnovers and fix their mistakes from last week, this one should be close. But the Packers have won five-straight over the Bears. That said, last week’s loss to the Vikings shows that streaks are meant to be broken . . .
Ryan Wooden (0-1)
Bears 21, Packers 20 It goes against everything I’ve preached for the last week, but these are traditionally the times when the Bears show up with a chip on their shoulder. Speaking of chips, if they can find ways to chip and double Clay Matthews enough to keep him off of Cutler, the Bears will steal one.
Fan Prediction (1-3) 25%
Each week (started in Week-11) I ask Bears fans on Twitter to send me their game predictions, so I can include the first one that comes my way on the blog and get the rest of you involved a little bit. Here’s Jason Tran’s prediction:
Bears 27, Packers 24 Bears force a late turnover and drive down the field for a game winning Olindo Mare field goal. Forte will go for over 100 yards.
Looks like the Packers get the edge this week three to two in an average score of 28-19.
