For the Bears: Tight end/full back Evan Rodriguez was held out of practice a third-straight day on Friday with a knee injury. The Bears have officially ruled him out for Sunday’s game in Jacksonville. Wide receiver Earl Bennett (hand) was limited in participation for the third-straight day and is officially questionable.
Linebacker Brian Urlacher, who had been on the injury report after being held out of practice due to a coach’s decision, was removed from the report on Friday and will start Sunday. Running back Matt Forte (ankle), who had been limited all week, participated fully Friday and is listed as probable. Julius Peppers was limited in practice on Friday and is listed as probable.
There is very little that will keep Julius Peppers from starting on Sunday.
For the Jaguars: Wide receiver Laurent Robinson (concussion) and linebacker Daryl Smith (groin) were both held out of practice on Friday for a third-straight day. They are both officially out for Sunday. Defensive end George Selvie (knee) was limited in participation for a third-straight day and is listed as questionable.
