2012 Lollapalooza Afterparties: Nearly 100 Acts Perform in 20 Small Venues Across the City of Chicago - Wednesday, 8/1/12 - Sunday, 8/5/12

Lollapalooza became a Chicago desintation festival in 2005.  With it every summer since have come special aftershows featuring big acts in small venues.  This summer is no exception as artists like Alabama Shakes, Band of Horses, tUnE-yArDs, M83, Frank Ocean, Of Monsters and Men, Jane's Addiction, Franz Ferdinand, The Temper Trap, The Walkmen and many, many more play throughout the city at venues like Double Door, Metro and Park West.  Get all the details on this year's special aftershows...

Jim has also worked locally for WXRT-FM, lives within walking distance of the Metro and is an avid White Sox and Blackhawks fan whose first live concert experience came at Comiskey Park in 1984 during the Jacksons' "Victory" tour.
