From Saturday March 15th through Monday March 17th, guests can enjoy Chef Amanda Downing’s St. Pat’s Burger ($14). Definitely not your typical dish, this burger brings all of your favorite ingredients together in a flavorful new way. Think a black angus patty topped with hot corned beef, bacon sauerkraut, and 1000 Island Dressing. Plus, did we mention it is on a toasted pretzel bun with curly fries?
If you are really feeling Chi-rish, pair this tasty number with their Guinness Potato Cheddar Soup garnished with scallions and bacon (available only at Rockit Bar & Gril; $4 cup / $7 bowl).
