As a Mother’s Day weekend tradition for 26 years, the Alzheimer's Association Chicago Rita Hayworth Gala will take place at the Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan) on Saturday May 11th at 6:30PM.
Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter and musician, Richard Marx, will serenade attendees with a special live performance. Roe Conn of WLS-AM’s Roe & Roeper and the nationally-syndicated program, The Roe Report, and WLS-TV Meteorologist, Tracy Butler will serve as guest emcees.
Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, daughter of Hollywood legend Rita Hayworth, founded the Alzheimer's Association Rita Hayworth Galas to honor her mother, who lived with Alzheimer’s disease for many years before her death in 1987.
