Nolet's Finest Gins: Yes, Very CHI-lebrity

Nolet's Finest Gins: Yes, Very CHI-lebrity

It is not everyday you attend a soiree in the Windy City and have the owner of Ketel One serve you a drink (yes, really!).

Sitting amidst the movers and shakers of Chicago, CHI-lebrity was in amazing company as owner Carl Nolet Jr. transformed BOKA (1729 N. Halsted) into an intimate tasting experience of seasonal cocktails paired with delectable holiday-inspired courses all in the name of NOLET's Finest Gins.

Reflecting the passion of his family and building on a rich distilling history of over 300 years, Mr. Nolet presented the brand's leap out of vodka with a gin line consisting of NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin, the cocktailing gin for a new generation of gin drinkers and NOLET’S Reserve Dry Gin, the world’s first limited edition sipping gin.

Mixologist Bejamin Schiller used this master spirit as his foundation, pairing the freshest ingredients of the night including raspberries, organic rose water, egg whites and so much more  to complement the floral and fruit-forward ingredients found in NOLET’S Silver.

The night was simply exceptional to say the least as drink after drink was more amazing than the next. As an avid vodka drinker, I was blown away by the smooth, refreshing  flavor of NOLET's Silver, quickly turning me into (gasp) a gin lover.

With the holiday season quickly approaching, I was lucky enough to receive all of the details on this exclusive drink menu (cocktails pictured above) so any CHI-lebrity in training can revel in the beauty of cocktailing right at home.
