Chicago’s biggest Halloween costume party, Haunted Hotel Ball, returns to Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan Avenue) on Saturday October 27th from 9PM-3Am with a live set from trance DJ Matt Darey and a $5,000 costume contest.
Haunted Hotel Ball combines elements of a VIP nightclub experience, with the exclusiveness of a hotel gala, and the terror of a haunted house. The moment you enter Hilton Chicago, you will be directed to the 30,000 square foot underbelly of the 80-year-old hotel, which has been transformed by an Emmy Award winning design team into an abandoned hotel run by zombies.
Created in 2008 by nightlife producers Global Adrenaline, Haunted Hotel Ball sells out each year. Join close to 3,000 costumed partygoers as you dance to the dark and dirty beats of world renowned DJs and recording artists, including a live set from London trance DJ Matt Darey. Other entertainment includes encounters with the Haunted Hotel Ball vampire bellmen, zombie cocktail servers dressed as French maids and theatrical performances by costumed go-go dancers.
Outrageous, bizarre and risqué will be among the Halloween costumes competing in the $5,000 cash and prize virtual costume contest. Photos of the top contestants will be posted on the Haunted Hotel Ball website following the event and visitors will vote for their favorite costumes from the three Haunted Hotel Ball locations.
Early-bird tickets are $40 and table reservation packages that include two premium bottles, eight party tickets, reserved seating, start at $1,000. For those who dare to stay overnight, a special Halloween weekend hotel room rate of $209 is available for both October 26th and October 27th at Hilton Chicago.
