On Sunday February 26, CHI-lebrities Richard Roeper and Billy Dec will host their 2nd Annual Oscar Viewing Party at Rockit Bar & Grill (22 W. Hubbard). Guests will test their movie knowledge by putting their ballot predictions up against Richard and Billy for a chance to win fabulous prizes while hearing their commentary live throughout the telecast.
Tickets are $50 each with a portion of the proceeds going to support After School Matters, a nonprofit organization that offers Chicago public high school teens high quality out-of-school-time opportunities to explore and develop their talents in the arts, while gaining critical skills for work, college, and beyond.
Each ticket will also include delicious passed appetizers from Rockit and creative “Oscar themed” cocktails from Belvedere and Moet Chandon Champagne. Gift bags will be given to the first 100 ticket buyers. Red carpet coverage begins at 5PM with the telecast at 6PM.
