Cece & Melinda with Raymi Productions celebrated Halloween in style hosting Masquerade Extravaganza 2011 at Proof Lounge. Guests came dressed to the nines, enjoying live entertainment by the Chicago Cabaret Project, 42 Below Vodka Cocktails, appetizers from Mercadito and Pure Kitchen and cupcakes from Swirlz Cupcakes.
