Recently, this picture has gone viral on facebook. According to News.comau, Steph Strayer posted a photo on her Facebook page last week and wrote: "If this is your husband, I have endured a 2 hour train ride from Philadelphia listening to this loser and his freinds brag about their multiple affairs and how their wives are too stupid to catch on. Oh please repost..."
My knee jerk reaction is to cheer and tell her that was awesome. The scumbags deserved it. However, I also can't help but think it's a terrible invasion of privacy.
I don't read tabloids and it kind of reminds me of the same type of thing but without the celebrity status. We're not exactly sure of all the circumstances of the story, and I can't help but think of his wife and the children he most likely has. Could you imagine what they're going through?
The post has been shared more than 200,000 times.
If it's all 100% true and happened exactly as told, then it makes you root for vigilante heroism from the woman who posted the pic. This jackass deserved it. However, I don't always trust things on the internet and it's often taken out of context, so maybe not such a great thing to believe and share.
Invasion of privacy and social media taking over the world are the two things that concern me the most about all of this. If true, his wife has the unfortunate job of being married to an asshole, does she have to be humiliated in public too?
