Kids home for a snow day....What to do?

Ah... the phone call that every parent dreads and every child dreams about for the entire year.  School is closed and it's a snow day.  Everybody gets to sleep in.  So now we're up to 9 am - what to do, what to do.

We decided to make a "snow jar", full of activities that will keep the household entertained and provide fond memories of snow days long into their adulthood.  We choose one sheet at a time and complete the activity before we're able to pull another sheet.  Here's an example of what we'll do for the day.  Hopefully it provides you with some ideas so everyone isn't just sitting around watching the boob tube all day.
Take some time to pray that there will be school tomorrow
Take silly pictures in the snow
Have a daytime sleepover
paint nails, read books, get flashlights under blankets, etc.
Make bread dough
Have the kids form different shapes
Write Thank You's
You know they all haven't been finished from Christmas

Make your valentines
Easier to make the boxes now than February 13th
Build a massive Lego village
Go Through Closets
Have the kids load bags to donate to Goodwill
Bedroom Makeovers
Have them rearrange/decorate their rooms. As an added bonus, you'll most likely get them clean
Play Doh
Throw out an old sheet and let the creativity flow. If you don't have any, make the home made stuff. 1 C. of flour; 1/2 C. of salt; 2 TBlsp cream of tartar; 2TBls of oil; 1 C. flour; Food Coloring; And for fun, add scents like cinnamon, vanilla, mint, etc.

Board Games
Play the long ones like Monopoly or Risk
Snow Painting
Fill spray bottles with water and food coloring. Let them go nuts, or just fill it with yellow and freak out the neighbors
Bake something
Let the kids have the kitchen, but only on the condition that they clean up after themselves
Before any organized activity, all must clean for one hour straight - put on very loud music
First, you need to stay in your PJ's all day
