Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up--all the Halloween fun you need right in the heart of Chicago

Who needs to travel to the suburbs for a pumpkin patch when we have the fabulous Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up (1467 N. Elston) right here in the city (Goose Island)?!

I was skeptical about the promised "two acres" of pumpkin patch fun but it was all there and more. A VERY difficult corn maze, delicious food trucks (tacos, BBQ, cider donuts, hamburgers, hotdogs and more), 4 full bars, axe (?!) throwing, gypsy caravans, music, carnival games, instagrammable moments, fortune telling.....It just goes on and on and it was such fun! Everywhere we looked, there were smiling faces, on old, young and in-between.

If you would rather be surprised, avoid photo gallery below!

This festival of fall fun has something for everyone and is open Sat/Sun/Monday from 11 am to 10 pm. Tuesday thru Friday, 4 - 10 pm. Check website here for ticketing and more details! (Brought to you by the same people who gave us Frosty's Christmas Bar at 809 W. Evergreen).
