Victoria's Secret Fashion Show: The sexiest night on television

Forty-seven sexy Angels, 2000 guests, 500 million people from 158 countries watching and a $2 million "Fantasy Bra", this is what the "sexiest night on television" looked like for the 2015 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The over-the-top-with-thrills show was the company's 20th production and was taped last month.

This show was in a word, breathtaking. I loved every single, ramped up exciting moment of it and the joy on the faces of all involved. Finally, something to make people smile! It was a fabulous way to escape with gorgeous women, live performances by sexy Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and The Weekend (aka Abel Makkonen). Gomez sang a medley of songs from her new album "Revival" and snapped at an Instagram question asking "if she sang live?"...Her response, "Yes, I f'ing sing LIVE!"

The crowd, some who had paid over $10K for tickets, included Caitlyn and Kris Jenner, who were in the front row side by side cheering on their 20 year-old daughter Kendall who appeared onstage in two looks in her debut as an Angel. (Her income last year topped $4 million so clearly  the "Momager" knows her stuff).

Jenner's first appearance brought wild applause from the crowd but nothing like the cheers that Adriana Lima received. Lima, an Angel since 2000, appeared to be a sentimental favorite. According to reports, her $9 mil yearly earnings makes her the 2nd highest paid model in the world behind Giselle Bundchen, who has retired from the catwalk. (I missed not seeing her onstage!)

The show was broken down into 6 themes with 75 looks: 1) Boho Psychedelic, 2) Portrait of an Angel (featured looks inspired by Victorian romance), 3) Exotic Butterflies (featured a kaleidoscope of colors), 4) Ice Angel (luxe winter white looks), 5) Pink USA (inspired by American icons with looks in bold, bright colors) and lastly, 6) Fireworks (featured models in vibrant colors and served as the finale).

One of the hottest Angels, and my personal favorite, was Lily Aldridge, who is married to Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill. Of course, I'm a touch biased since Lily is the gorgeous daughter of my friend and fellow Playboy Playmate Laura Lyons Aldridge. She is a favorite of the company and was chosen to wear the coveted "Fantasy Bra", created by jeweler Mouawad. It's encrusted with $2 million worth of diamonds, blue topaz, yellow sapphires, all set in 18K gold!

The finale, the Fireworks segment, featured Angels in LED lit wings strutting down the runway as pink balloons floated over the happy crowd.

Before the show started, a company CEO shared this comment with the Angels backstage, "This is the rarest gig on the planet. It's the only thing like it in the world."

I agree and can't wait for next year---We need more Angels in the world.
