Eddie Vedder to headline Hot Stove Cool Music Concert on July 9

Rocker Eddie Vedder will be the headliner at this year's Hot Stove Cool Music Concert Chicago, which celebrates music, baseball and giving back on Thursday, July 9 at Metro, 3730 N. Clark Street!  Chicago Cubs President of Baseball Operations Theo Epstein, Hall of Fame baseball writer Peter Gammons and Cubs broadcaster Len Kasper will join an all-star lineup of musicians and personalities for this fourth annual benefit concert to raise funds for Theo's and Peter's Foundation To Be Named Later (FTBNL).  FTBNL supports non-profit agencies on the front lines for disadvantaged youth and families and programs that teach leadership, education and healthy development.

Other musical guests will include Peter Gammons, John Stirratt (Wilco), Daxx Nielsen (Cheap Trick), Freda Love Smith (Blake Babies, Mysteries of Life), Jake Smith (Antenna, Mysteries of Life), Jason Narducy (Split Single, Bob Mould), Brendan Bayliss HSCM1 (2)(Umphrey’s Mcgee), Gerald Dowd (Frisbe, Robbie Fulks, Justin Roberts), Matt Spiegel and Curt Morrison (Tributosaurus), Jennifer Hall, Heather Boehm, Max Crawford, Steve Frisbie and Scott Stevenson.

Actor Mike O'Malley will serve as emcee.  General admission tickets are sold out, but there are still VIP tix available here
