The Illinois Center for Broadcasting announced today that it will help families, friends and supporters of Military Service members make our troops and veterans happy this Holiday season by creating free Digital Care Packages that can be shared with loved ones through email and online social networks, no matter where they are.
"Our students and staff are staunch supporters of our troops, and we are humbled to be able to give back and donate our resources to our service members in such a meaningful way, " said William Natale, Executive Director of the Illinois Center for Broadcasting Chicago Campus. "We encourage everyone to come out and record a video. It will take only a short time to record, but it can make a world of difference in lifting peoples' spirits."
All six campuses of the Ohio and Illinois Centers for Broadcasting across the country are inviting people to participate in sharing their gratitude by recording a personalized video greeting to service members stationed away from home this season. Those interested can call the campus nearest them to set up a time to come into the studios. The school will provide a holiday background and props, produce the message and distribute the video to share in digital form.
