There is no cuter event in the city than Tails in the City's annual Halloween Pet Parade.  Now in it's 7th year, over 200 doggies participated to win prizes and strut their stuff as they paraded down Delaware to Washington Square Park.  The creativity was endless and adorable!  Judges Bobbie Panter and Kathy Stevens had a tough time deciding who would win the various categories but here are the winners.
