St. Tropez and the French Riviera 2010! (PICS!)

We've been going to St. Tropez and the Cote d'Azur for over 19 years now.  When we arrived at the Nice airport this year, it was no surprise to see over 35 private jets parked there since St. Tropez is known as the "Playground of the Rich and Famous."  And even though neither of these adjectives apply to us, St. Tropez is still our favorite vacation spot.

We stayed at the world famous Byblos Hotel which has been completely renovated and is even more FABULOUS than I remembered it!  We met friends there from all over the world and went to all of the hotspots like Club 55 which has been around since 1955.  On this particular day, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Joan and Jackie Collins, Ryan Seacrest, Naomi Campbell and Swedish model, actress and Playmate of the Year 1997, Victoria Silvstedt (who also represented Sweden in the Miss World contest), were all there.

We went to Moorea Beach Club, La Voile Rouge, Nikki Beach Club, La Romana, Joseph's, L'Escale, Banh Hoi and others...all on your must-do list if you're planning a trip there!  From here, onto Monte Carlo where we dined at The Grill with its open-air roof atop the Hotel de Paris and then to Paris for more fun.  Went to Ralph's  with friends which is Ralph Lauren's only other restaurant outside of RL in Chicago.

Check out these fun pics and see what July 4th is like in St. Tropez and what it feels like to be among the rich and famous, even if you're NOT!
