Well after hours on live chat, hours on telephone calls and two blogs our Xfinity is fixed. I have to admit that Comcast really stepped up.
First there was the invitation to contact someone at Comcast Cares via Facebook message. That was followed by telephone calls from Comcast representatives. They actually telephoned to tell us that technicians were working on the problem but really impressed was an email.
A local Comcast employee contacted a mutual friend to get my email address. I received an email assuring me that Comcast really did want to address my issue.
Now let me state categorically that if that email to my private email account had not come from a friend of a friend I would have considered it absolutely creepy!!!!
So thank you to Brian for your company doing what we pay every month for them to do.
