Open Cartoon for Brian L. Roberts, CEO of Comcast

The gallery is from just a few of the errors I received today.

This is at the Comcast Website

Brian has won numerous business and industry honors for his leadership. Most recently, he was recognized by Fortune magazine as a "Businessperson of the Year" and named one of America’s top CEOs by Institutional Investor magazine for the eighth time.

Brian has worked at Comcast since graduating from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He was named President of Comcast Corporation in 1990 when the company had $657 million in annual revenue. Comcast Corporation’s annual revenue has since grown to nearly $69 billion.

Yep Comcast is making bunches of money. After all we're paying for services we don't get and sponsors are paying for commercials that we do get. Problem here is the commercials are ticking off the audience!

We don't doubt that Mr. Roberts is probably a great business man and is probably very smart. He graduated from Wharton. What we want to know is why Comcast, under his leadership has had this same issue since at least 2012! Here's a taste from the Comcast Forum

The users here are not exaggerating the commercials are looping and you can't watch the episode.  I watch TNT shows, franklin 7 Bash, The Closer, rizzoli and Isle.  None are working.  Tried on my mac and my windows pc. Tried with IE, Firefox and Safari. Message 26 of 421 (12,429 Views)

I am trying to get Xfinity working on a computer/TV.  When I make ANY selection, the browser starts up the program's page, and the commercials play.  After the commercials play, the player just sits there with a black background.  The button indicates that the thing is supposed to be playing, abd the "buffering" is green all the way across.
