Today in Music History: Frankie Lymon

On this date forty-three years ago, Frankie Lymon is found dead of a suspected drug overdose at his mother’s New York house.  He is twenty-five.  Here, Frankie and the Teenagers perform a great one on the ’56 movie Rock Rock Rock:
