Motivation Monday: Pain

It's Motivation Monday today.  Pain is something everyone experiences at one point or another.  All we can truly do is make the best decisions for ourselves at any given point in time.  In terms of fitness and your workouts this statement is completely true.  It is up to you and you alone how you treat and take care of your body.  You will wake up every day knowing that you take care of it the best you can or you will eventually regret that you don't.

Today I am still walking around looking like a big dork because my legs are so sore...still! I had a killer workout 3 days ago and have been sore every day since.  It is a constant reminder that I kicked butt in my workout.  It is the satisfaction of knowing if I continuously work to keep myself healthy and in shape it will pay off.

So which will you choose? Regret can be a terrible thing to live with.  Go after what you want so you don't look back and regret the choices you made.  Love yourself and treat yourself well because you are the only one that can take care of you.  Good Luck!   • I made sure I did resistance strength training at the same time when I was losing weight. I love how working out makes me feel. I look forward to leg day at my gym!!!
