This week's fitness exercise is all about the abs. Summer is around the corner and we got a taste of it this week. Just because it's rainy out today doesn't mean you can stop your summer fitness goals. Begin this exercise by laying on your back with one arm stretched out directly to your side and the other raised straight above your head. Crunch your abs by taking the arm above your head up to meet your opposite leg in the center of your abs. Repeat 15 times and switch sides. Complete 3 sets. Incorporate into your workout or complete during a commercial break of your favorite TV show. Think about the summer abs you want!
