Motivation Monday: Are you being consistent?

It's Monday and that means it's time for a little motivational message.  I think this picture and quote is an important thought to remember.  All goals, fitness and others, are accomplished with consistency.  You wake up each and every morning to spend your day working toward your goal.  Day after day you will get closer to your goal.

If you are consistent, falling off a day here and there will not be so detrimental to your goal.  You pick up the next day and start again.  I think sometimes it's easy to forget when we see certain people on TV or only hear certain bits of someone's life, that most things in life are accomplished by consistency.

Most people don't wake up "great".  A life, career, and success comes from consistency.  Greatness, joy, etc.  will follow.  Whether you are a fan of The Rock, he has been consistent in fitness which has allowed him to become a wrestler and an actor.

Be consistent and wake up every day to accomplish your goals.  The rest will fall in to place.  You just have to believe.
