Fitness exercise of the week: How to get your legs ready for Spring Fashions

Spring is here and that means new fashions are hitting the stores. Shorts, skirts and dresses are coming back into the mix. Black and white is a color combo that is trending again. I still think that bright colored jeans, pants and capris are going to stick around for this spring.  They're an easy pick me up to brighten any outfit.  That also means white pants/capris are coming back, and as my colleague Donell says, "white pants are very unforgiving".  He's right.

 Therefore, this week's F.E.W. (fitness exercise of the week) targets your entire leg.  Add this to your routine or complete at three different times of the day.  Take a breather from work and bust out one set.  Some co workers may think you're crazy working out in the middle of the office, but we'll see who looks crazy hot when you bust out your white pants.
