Motivation Monday: Fitness

Happy Monday! It's time for your motivation and this time it's specifically related to fitness.  It's the last Monday in January and it's time to check to see if you are sticking with your fitness goals you made at the start of 2013.  I love this saying because it is absolutely true.  There are a great deal of things in life that are hard.  Which will you choose?

Choose the path that will lead you to your happiness.  Not necessarily the one that will make you happiest in this moment.  I know that couch and ice cream looks good.  But what thought makes you happiest in 5 months when summer is here? Because it will be here before you know it.  The choices you make today will shape what life will be like in the future.  Believe in yourself and all that you want to accomplish.
