September Motivation

It's the first week in September and I for one can not believe this month is already here.  The 2012 year is officially 2/3 of the way through. You have 4 months to accomplish new goals and/or work on ones that you set for yourself in the beginning of the year.  Take the time today to think about what you want to accomplish this month.

Write your goals down.  I can not say this enough.  Research and experts have proven that you are more likely to stick to your goals if you write them down.  Think of ways that you can accomplish your goals this month.  What can you do today to help you get one step closer to that goal? Consistency in working towards your goal will get you there.  The more you make changes the more you will see positive results. Once you see those positive results that will be another motivator to help you accomplish your goals.

My goal this month is to get photo ready for the Luvabull poster shoot.  I probably have about 21 solid days to get ready for that.  I will be journaling and giving pointers along the way of my personal journey.  I encourage you to share your goal with someone.  A friend, a fitness buddy or here in the comments section. If you are held accountable for your actions to help you reach your goal you are more likely to stick to it.  Having positive people who support your journey and goals is very important.
