With the gorgeous weather creeping in this week one of your goals has probably been to get outside. In order to accomplish fitness goals and the weather goals combine them and move that workout outside. SELF Magazine understands these goals and is once again holding their Workout in the Park event. This is a great chance to get outdoors, hang out with friends and do your body some good.
The event will be taking place in Grant Park on June 2nd from 11AM to 3PM. Now you may think, "why should I plan so far out in advance for this?" Well, a few things:
1) When you plan for something you tend to stick to it. Get it in the calendar, grab some friends and make a day out of it.
2) This weather now is just tempting you to get outside, so you're probably going to want to be outside on June 2nd anyway. And you'll probably need to get a workout in.

The event is going to be hosted by Dolvett Quince, celebrity trainer and star of NBC's The Biggest Loser show. There will be tons of new and traditional workouts like yoga, pilates and dance classes. So sign up and be ready for some fitness fun in the sun.
