Burn those calories before Thanksgiving dinner

One way to help keep off any extra weight gain on Thanksgiving is to get your workout in before the rest of your day begins.  Since turkey day can be very busy for everyone my suggestion is to get your workout done in the morning.  If you have the self discipline to plan your workout and execute it in a timely manner go for it.  However, if you want to get it done and over with while having a great time head to GO Cycle Studios for Thanksgiving spin class.

Spinning is a great way to kickstart your metabolism for the day and burn off some extra calories in the morning.  That way your workout is done before anything else can get in your way.  GO Cycle studio has knowledgable and motivating instructors.  So head over there tomorrow morning and friday morning to keep off those extra calories this holiday weekend.  There's no reason that the holidays have to put a meteor size dent in your fitness goals.
