Guys: Exercises to get you those washboard abs

Guys, do you want washboard abs? Last week I posted an article for women about how to tighten up those arms.  I was asked by some guys when is the men's article coming out.  The number one question I get from guys is how can I get stronger and more noticeable ab muscles.

Make sure that in addition to your strength training routine you are doing enough exercises to keep your heart rate up(cardio and/or high intensity).  You have to be able to see those ab muscles in addition to building them up.  Since I'm not a guy, I enlisted my good friend and personal trainer, Donell Watts, to help me out with killer ab exercises from beginning to advanced.

To all the men out there who want abs like Matthew McConaughey (you know you've seen his abs), this ones for you.

BEGINNER:

Exercise 1: Plank Hold for 30sec.-1 minute

Exercise 2: Crunch

Position 2: Be sure to keep back flat against the mat.
