Fit Arms: 6 Exercises to help you lose that jiggle

Who doesn't want fit and fabulous arms? Most women that I talk to want to have toned and tight arms that don't jiggle.  I recruited the help of my colleague and trainer Donell Watts and we came up with our favorite arm toning exercises.  These next few exercises focus on the triceps-yep, the back of your arms.  Now, there is no such thing as spot training.  (Meaning, you can't wake up and say I want to change just this area of my body).  But we can strengthen, tone and tighten areas to help you give you the look you desire.  Don't forget, good nutrition and cardio will help you see those sculpted muscles.
