I asked through Twitter and facebook what your favorite fitness activities were.n I wasn't sure what kind of answers I would get, but I wanted to know. And I'm so glad I asked! Not only did I see traditional answers, but creative and entertaining answers. It's so great to see what all of you enjoy doing. Aerobic napping is when you try to see how long you can take a nap in the middle of the day without being interrupted by kids, wife, phone or dog. It takes years of practice to maintain a steady pace and make it past all of those distractions.
You can burn up to 3-4 calories an hour:)
