My favorite fitness products of 2010

I had to share my favorite fitness products of 2010 with everyone.  When fitness is a part of your life, you depend on certain products to help you reach your goals.  Some of them are protective, some of them help you look better and some of them make you feel better.  I could not get through the year without them.  Now, some of these products may have been released to the public before 2010, but they have become my favorite this year.   These are my favorites:

Let me know what your favorites are.  Have a fun and fit day, Chicago.

2010
110 Percent is compression gear. I love this compression gear because it takes away the excuse not to ice your muscles. The product comes with an insulated bag and ice packs, which fit directly into the sleeves of your compression gear. After a race, grab those ice packs from the bag and slide them right into the pockets of your gear. Instant icing for your active muscles. And the gear keeps you warm during cold races.

Look Better Naked- A guide written by Women's Health Editor and Chief. It is a guide, nutrition manual and confidence booster on how you can look better naked.
2010
Lululemon Groove Pant- These are one of my favorite pairs of pants. I wear them to workout and when I run errands around town. Lululemon pants also have a way of making women's butts look phenomenal!
2010
Trigger Point Therapy- This set comes with an instructional dvd and specific apparatus's for your body. Trigger Point Performance was designed to release the tension in your muscles similar to a massage.
2010
Nike Sport Band- The Nike sport band allows you to track your runs, shows your distance ran and your time. I can not get through a run without it.

Nike LunarGlide's-I like these shoes because they're comfy and fit well to my feet. I even wear them while I dance at practice.
2010
Nike Free Run+ These shoes give your feet the freedom to move more naturally. I like these shoes for strength training exercises as it forces your body to use all of its stabilization muscles in your feet and ankles.
2010
MOJI- This is the best ergonomically designed ice packs that I have ever seen. I am in love with the knee one. You can wrap your moji on your body and move around without it falling off. Moji has even begun to make heat products to relieve your back muscles.
2010
Jack Black skin care, yes this was originally designed for men, but women have been stealing this product from their men. The Turbo Wash smells great and helps ease your tired muscles. The Dragon Ice Relief and Recovery Balm feels tremendous on aching muscles.
