Sometimes you see something that is so inspiring. Something that makes you remember how much good there is in the world. I am always inspired by young children who believe they can make a difference at such a young age.
There is such a wonderful innocence we possess when we are young. It allows us to believe that anything is possible. I, at this age, also believe this is true. However, as we get older we become more aware of the struggle, the hard work and the obstacles that get in our way. And, at times this can be disheartening. As children we believe that we can grow up to be whatever we want. There are no thoughts of school, money or opportunity. Some children not only think of the future, but the present. And they believe they can start today. This video is an amazing example of how one idea can turn into a huge return. That by believing in something you can make a difference in the lives of others. Here is one of those times:

This video has reminded me we can all make a difference no matter how
big or how small. And even though something may seem small, you never
know how big it could turn out to be. Remember this when trying to
reach all your goals. If you think something is too much to tackle or
that your actions will only make a small impact, do it anyway. You just
never know.
And just think, If we all did a "little
bit" every day it would turn into something BIG. From fitness goals, business
goals and personal goals you can achieve them. The first step is to
begin. If a 7 year old can do it, so can you. Now, get out there make a
difference and live the life you've always wanted.
Have a fun and fit day, Chicago.
