Come to Blogapalooza on Sept.24th at 900 North Michigan Shops from 5-7pm. It's a great chance to check out some of your favorite stores, wine and dine and come face to face with your favorite or (not so favorite bloggers). haha There will be giveaways and prizes. So bring some friends and have a great time.
I will be at Equinox answering fitness questions and giving tips to help you reach your goals. On that note, let me know if there's anything you'd specifically like to learn about or see. David Wallach from "Pace of Chicago" will be with me at Equinox as well. Come see whose leading the way in our fitness challenge! (He's going down by the way).
