Who should MC the Oscars this time around?

The Oscar clock is ticking, and not just for possible nominees. Deadline.com reports rumors that Hugh Jackman has turned down the Academy's offer to host the 2011 awards--apparently he's just too busy filming "X-Men Origins: Wolverine 2." Given that the 2010 Oscars hosts, Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin, were announced Nov. 3, 2009, it would seem panic may be setting in for Hollywood's planners. Here are a few suggestions to fill the hosting spot, and why these celebs might also turn down the gig.
